A Magnificent Porcelain Collectors Plate by artist Fred Stone entitled Arabians. 

THIS PLATE IS RARE AND RARELY SHOWS UP ON EBAY.

The back of the plate reads: "The Arabian horse as old as time and as swift as its fleeting movements". . . . this is just a sample of the  words which describe Arabians. 

This porcelain plate is 9 1/4 inches in diameter and is banded in 24k gold on its rim.

This edition was limited to 12,500 plates. Accompanied with a Certificate of Authenticity which was issued by Graphics Buying Service.
